Grenade doffs, chain conduit capacitor

Using 3 assault squad officers for grenade cooldown does not work at all.
Grenade after grenade thrown, no effect. I tried to remove KCD equipment and traits, still no effect. (I assume it's the same on Holodeck)
The kit module "Chain Conduit Capacitor" very often does no damage when bouncing, only to the initial target. (Confirmed on Holodeck)
