Elite Terran Frigates - Hanger Pet..... where?

Ok so I'm gone through all my Fleets zones and checked with all NPCs and I can't find where to buy the Elite Terran Frigate Hanger pets. I can only buy the Elite Obilesk hanger pet at my fleet spire. Can anyone help?

    Do you own the Styx Terran Dreadnought Cruiser?
    You have to own that to buy that frigate at the fleet starbase, AND THEN that frigate is only usable on the Styx.

    Yes I do hence why I'm hunting them. For something that resembles a giant space slug it's a pretty decent ship XD

    They can be found at the space equipment vendor on the fleet starbase.

    Elite pets gets unlocked when your starbase reach level V in science..

    Actually you are at the spire not the fleet base if you are seeing just those. go to your fleet starbase and under space equipment
