Trying to avoid long download time

Can I avoid a long download by transferring the game files to a new PC then install the game? I'm sure there will be some file checking taking place at the very least.

    Yes, you can.

    I did this to install the game on my laptop. I was at work at the time tethered to my mobile and didn't want to use up all that data. Worked like a charm.
