I have only used in-game mail to send stuff between characters on my own account. Recently my daughter opened an account, and we're having trouble sending between accounts. First she couldn't send because she hadn't finished the first episode post-tutorial. Now she's allowed to send, but I'm not receiving. Neither does she get the ones I send to her. There are no error messages, just no mail transfers. Is this a system problem or am I doing something wrong?
She needs to play for a few days before she can send (not sure if receive) mail, is the anti-spam feature implemented a few years ago, the idea is to prevent spam and goldminers from newly created accounts..
like gavesman said above, she needs to play a few days first. an easy way to get some of the trial restrictions removed quicker is to have her buy a single zen from the exchange with dilithium. this will clear out a fair amount of them. that or drop $10-$20 on the game one time. Pick up the EC cap increase, maybe a row of account bank slots, and similar. but yeah she needs to play a few days, purchase a zen, or drop a couple bucks one time. If you do one or more of those things and it still gives you fits, then file a bug report in the PC bugs reporting section. I will make sure the appropriate folks see it

I set up another account a few weeks ago and I had to play one or two episodes before I could send stuff from my new account.
I was definitely able to send stuff from my older account, and receive it on the new one right away though. There should be no restrictions there.
Problem has been fixed. After talking to tech support, apparently both of our accounts were set to email off. We could email between our own characters, but not outside the account. TS gave me a command line to run in the chat box, and we can now send emails between our accounts.

She has already traded dilithium for zen. I've tried multiple times, can't get mail between our accounts.
Forgot to mention I'm on xbox one, not PC.
