So I did the event on the 7th and 8th. On the seventh, it didn't give me credit for the daily play - it said daily completed, but still showed me at 0/14 progress. I did get the 50 campaign points. On the 8th, I did get the daily completed, but still only says 1/14. Did not get any more campaign points so still at 50.
On her account, my daughter has done it both days and has 2/14 progress and 100 campaign points.
Does this often happen with events. Is there any way to get my one day progress back?
It wasn't that. I made sure the time out was done before I did it on the 8th. What struck me as odd was it did say daily completed, but still left me at 0/14.
Not having it count on the 2nd day would be easier to understand as a timing issue, but on the 1st day of the event?
The only thing I can think is that if you did it right as the event started, maybe too many people were still hitting the servers all at once when they came back up and something was lost in the communication.
Whatever the case, as was noted above there are 7 "extra" days in the event. I have not had issues getting the daily credit, but I am in the habit of having that event page open before I accept the rewards at the end of the TFO. Just to double check that the daily is available and registers properly.
This happened to one of my fleet-mates. The new event didn't reset the Daily timer. That is why.
Also, check your timer on your Campaign II progress. It's possible this is out of sync.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
I understand there is extra time to complete the 14, but I don't pay for zen and I'm trying to maximize the bonus dilithium for re-doing missions after completing. I did it today and now I'm at 2/14 with 100 campaign points.
I wonder -- and no longer hypothetically -- would it really kill them to TEST their sheet every once in a while?!
I'd agree that is a good idea, but in this case since it is not broken for everyone (unless it is broken only on a specific platform), even a test might not have helped.
If we can find some common factor that caused the event credit to glitch maybe we can find a way to avoid the problem, though.
The worst part is that when it doesn’t give you the credit, it still triggers the 20hr cool down so you can’t even run it again.
I did the space map on PC. I did space on Thursday, Ground on Friday.. got credit for both. Space map today, no credit but did get the credit toward the lobi event.
I am wondering if maybe I left the map before the final update.. I‘ll see how it goes tomorrow.

When you run it, see if you can get screenshots of the event panel before and after you accept the TFO reward. Also, for the "after", if you can include the text in the chat window that should include a notation about the daily credit.
(At the very least, based on the "car stops making the noise when you bring it to the mechanic" rule, the problem may never happen again while you are trying to grab evidence of it. )

They DO test everything before release, but it's a different server on a different build. It might even have worked perfectly on their build. Bugs happen, they will ALWAYS happen, especially when adding things nearly every week.

I could understand if the Event Progress was OK but the Lobi Progress was borked. That would remove any chance of someone getting to 2,800 on Monday, getting the 'free' 1,000 Lobi, and getting the Jem'Hadar Assault Ship.

I just double-checked and I am correct for the Event (10/14, used 7 Legacy Tokens and still have to run it today). I am also correct for the Mega-Event (1,900).

At this point, I will just assume it was a fluke thing. If it wasn't, then seems like this would be a bigger issue so I am just going to suck it up and do one extra day. Hopefully it goes well the rest of the way.
How can you check your progress? Everything I find online doesn't currently work. Sorry for the noob questions but after all I am one lol
On the journal there is a tab called "Events". On the left side you should see the listings of events that are running or have recently run.
The Featured event is Pahvo right now and there is also the multi-event campaign.
For Pahvo, just look at the bar to see x/14 where x is the number of days of progress you have.
For the campaign, it will show a total progress number on the bar. You get 50 progress points for each day an event in the campaign is completed.
So hiding in the inventory of one of my characters was a TFO commendation. Not sure what from, perhaps the first contact day event. Anyway, I used it to buy back the day that they short changed me.
