Starship Traits not being awarded

No ticket number, got error message unable to connect.

star ship traits not being awarded or listed under starship traits. I leveled two ships up on Tribble and should have received improved photonic officer and assimilated power conduits. Both ships are showing hitting lvl 5, and display as if the trait is unlocked; however, neither trait is listed in traits available.

This is related to the "Invalid Skills" bug that's plagued Tribble for a very long time. When that happens, new traits added (by any means, starship or personal) will not appear.
