Fire weapons buttons on space tray

At some point, the Fire Beams, Fire torpedoes, Fire All Weapons buttons vanished from the left side of my space tray.
They're still at the top of the weapons tray.
Where is the toggle to make them visible on the main tray?

Back when the tray only had 3 rows max, the button also showed a 4th that controlled the appearance of the Fire buttons. However, after they updated the trays to have up to 10 rows, there no longer seems to be an option to make the Fire buttons appear.
I can't believe the option has been eliminated, but it very well may be. If you had the buttons visible when they did the tray update, they're still visible. But, if you had them hidden, the button seems to have been removed...unless there is another hidden spot for it.
I'd prefer the buttons attached to the side of the Big Tray if it's still possible to make them visible. Since it's hit and miss whether people have them and several of the larger youtube channels have them, I thought it might still be possible, but in an obscure location.
