Singularity Cores available to Federation Officers in Reclaim

So I was doing the mission Scylla and Charybdis ( which I remembered doing when it came out and it offered the choice of a Sing or Warp core ) and decided to grind it to get all the pieces of the Bajoran Set ( Deflector, Impulse, warp or sing core, and shields ) last night ( long A** mission ) and was doing it on my Federation Captain and noticed that I needed the Core.
Well I have been using the cores you can reclaim from the event reclaim and figured I could get the core for the ship he was putting the Bajoran set on from the event reclaim except I am needing a Singularity Core because my Fed Captain is putting it on a Warbird he has.
On my Romulan Characters I can get both the Bajoran Warp Core and Singularity core but I noticed on my Feds ( I assume its the same with the Klingons ) that it only offers the Warp Core to reclaim.
It would be nice if Both Cores are available to all factions since Warbirds are available for Klingons and Federation Officers if you have Romulan Characters.
