Hi all
I have made a new federation character a week ago and have now been able to get the Medical pack on free offer and i got everything except the last two An Emergency Medical Hologram Bridge Officer for Klingon Captains and their allies and A new Admiralty card, for medical ship the USS Hope is there something else i need to do or will i get them automatically when i get to a certain level?

The medical pack is a per-character pickup and you get either the Holo-Bashir OR the Klingon EMH depending on which faction you are. You can't get both.
The Hope is an admiralty card (only), not a flyable ship. It should have been delivered automatically and be visible in your Admiralty screen.5 -

If he is not level 54? Maybe 52?–he can’t see admiralty though.
But theoretically, it should populate when he unlocks the Admiralty System.
Don’t hold your breath for the level 11 Doff pack though!
And if he is leveling there might not be an open bridge officer slot. In which case he has to go to the “stations“ tab, when a slot opens up.
It is hard to explain without screenshots. Maybe someone more compassionate than me will post some.5 -

Except he said that this is a federation captain and he didn't get the Klingon EMH. Which is working as intended - the two holo-doctors in the pack are a faction-specific either/or, you can't get both.
