How do I get the account unlock for Phoenix Shuttle Holo-Emitter?

Hello, all. I just finished the 14th event credit, so unlocked the First Contact Day event rewards. Reclaiming the console is simple on other characters, but I do not see a way to get either the phoenix rocket holo-emitter or the toy rocket for other characters.
I am probably missing something simple like another store on the interface or an NPC I need to speak to, but as of right now I have not been able to find it.
Any help on this is appreciated. If my brain wakes up a bit more and I figure it out before it is answered here, I'll post what I found in case others have the same issue.

They are according to the announcement. Not sure where to look exactly, but it should be either in the event store (or whatever they're calling it now) or in the Dil store.
And if the holo and toy rocket aren't account unlocks, I'm gonna be ticked as I have only put myself through this to MAKE those account unlocks.

I had not yet checked the dilithium store, so that was a good suggestion, but I did not see them in there either.
Did remind me to get some phoenix packs for the next upgrade weekend, though, so thanks!
Maybe one of the vendors that sells the other holo-emitters? I'll check that next.
Check the reward for the event overall. If it's listed as one of them, you should get when you collect your 14/14.
You do get them when you claim the event reward at 14/14. I did that this morning.
But you can only do that claim once on the account since the new event setup has account-wide progress. Then it switches over to the bonus dilithium.
Account unlocks should be reclaimable on other characters and that is what I'm trying to find in the case of the holo-emitter and the toy rocket.
Then it should either appear in the event store, or reclaim in the Dilithium Store.

And it is not there. Which is why I made the post to see if anyone knows where it can be found.
So this might actually be worthy of a bug report. I still have a few days to go before I can claim it.
Ouch. I'll have to check next time I'm in the game tonight. If that is how it is supposed to work, the post is a BIG error. I'd never have claimed it on the character I did if I knew my others could not get the holo-emitter. Hmm.

First Contact Day Bundle – contains all of the following:
1x Captain Specialization Point (cannot reclaim)
25,000 Dilithium Ore (cannot reclaim)
“Launch Toy Rocket” Social Device (Account Unlock)
Holo-Emitter – Phoenix Shuttle (Account Unlock)
It definitely says they are Account Unlocks even though it may only be claimed once per Account.

I also didn't get the specialization point that was supposed to be part of the reward - not that one point is anything to cry about, but for completion's sake, I'd say it may be related to the issue.
I've opened a ticket. Let's see what they're gonna say about it.

While it is possible, you'd think that would be mentioned. And it might be simpler just to have the account items all in a reclaim store like the console.
Whatever the case, I hope we can get an official answer at some point.
So basically I just wasted 2 weeks of my time to open items I wanted as account unlocks based on what the Dev team specifically said in a blog post giving official information about an in-game activity, for one character. Not happy at all but I won't throw a tizzy fit either. However, it will temper my willingness to participate in future events going forward.
Simple fix, if one character on the account has the toy rocket/holo-emitter, make them account unlocks. What harm is there in allowing such simple items to be made account unlocks?

Heck, I'd have been happy even if they were one-time but account bound items rather than character bound. I'd just trade them over to other characters and actually save some inventory space overall that way.
That, thankfully, I found. I have yet to try it out, though. I should do that today.
Typos in Cryptic announcements are so ubiquitous that if one comes out without a typo, I suspect it is a fake until proven otherwise.
That said, each item in the list has its own designation as account unlock or one time claim. It would be a pretty big typo to make and leave up uncorrected for over 2 weeks.
Fix this Cryptic. You had an opportunity this Patch to fix some of these bugs but didn't.

Then my only guess is, that these were added and the character unlock that they were last year, didn't get changed over to an account unlock this year.
So that's what I did.
