2267 Connie bridge

So I went and put that on my disco Connie my crew showed up on the bridge just fine when I switch to my TOS toon went to the bridge it was template bridge officers all around. Thought maybe they had fixed this bug.

    Well at the moment STO has legecy code and partial fixes to that legacy that might react in uncredictable ways to any new codes inserted so any bug fixes or new content runs the risk of breaking old fixes as those fixes didn't actually fix the error so much as made a workaround for it and at least as far as I know STO doesn't have typo what disables a core mechanic of the game like Aliens Colonial Marines did.
