How to fix: Ship Manager Stuck -- Klingon -- XBOX

If like me, you end up being unable to auto-transfer between ships and their loadouts; and they remain grey'd out?

I've chance discovered that if you: -

• Enter the Ship Manager.
• Press on the left-stick (to activate small craft).
• Give it a moment to inform you of the change.
• Then press on the left-stick, again (to reactivate Starships).

It will automagically reset your ability to auto-transfer between ships with their active loadouts!

Disabling it and re-enabling it in the Options screen should work too.
