Does One Night In Bozeman move the Lobi Event Campaign II forward?

I don't see the option for this in the eligible events section. Is it a bug or can we finish it later? Thank you.

    They'll announce when the next coupon event is about to come up. One night in Bozeman only counts for the First Contact Day event.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D
