    @westmetals

    I have one Character that has a Base of +27 Points so when a new Spec came out, I needed only three extra to fill up the new Spec Tree. But then I could accumulate up to 27 more, etc.

    I had two others that had a Base of +8 and +14, but I let them slide and never maxed them out when a new Spec tree was released So when another Spec tree came out after that I could never accumulate Spec Points beyond max.

    I had written about this at the time that when they switched back from accumulating Spec Points beyond Max to Dilitium each Characters Base became what it was at the time they made that switch when a new Spec Tree came out (Temporal at the time). So that if you were +27 or +7, or plus whatever, the system allowed you to earn 30 or 15 more Spec Points when a new Spec Tree (Primary or Secondary) was released.

    If my +27 only managed to accumulate +19 after the next Spec Tree came out, I would forever after that only be able to get to +19 on subsequent Spec Tree releases.

    The Character, while one of my older ones, that I mentioned in the previous Post never had been maxed. I will check this out on other Characters but some may take a while.

    I got another Spec Point on that Character that I originally posted about. Perhaps on older Characters there is a 'built-in' either +8 or +14 inherent. The +27 Character got Dilitium when reaching another level.

    A 'newer' Temporal Recruit who was maxed did get Dilithium when reaching another level. A Delta Recruit that had been the +8 Character did max out a few minutes ago and ended up accumulating 2 Spec Points above the max.

    So it seems that I was wrong and that Characters made before the Temporal Spec released can accumulate to some point beyond Max (either what they had when it released or that +8 or +14). Characters created with Agents of Yesterday and later cannot go beyond max.

    Thanks for bringing this up.
