Alien Bridge Officer traits

Shouldn't the traits of an "Alien" bridge officer be more selectable in case you want to make it into a Cardassian, a Breen, or a Borg using the available costumes?

    I think they treat Alien as Alien, so they don't undercut the specific races available, either by converting DIL to ZEN or acquired with EC off the Exchange.
