Reputation Space Set Deflectors, Shields, and Impulse Drives

Is there an advantage to having the complete set of reputation space set installed on a starship? Is there some bonus by having for example, the shields, impulse, and deflector all Iconian or Nukara. Do all three working together on the ship give some added benefit, or it does not matter?

I have one ship for one character with Nukara deflector, shields, and impulse engine. Another character on another ship has all Iconian. I cannot tell if I get some added benefit by having the complete reputation space set installed on one ship.

yes, the set bonus. if you right click then select more info the bottom should list the set bonuses for that set... most of the time anyway. most aren't too crazy but they can be very nice.
