Making Dedication Plaques and Ship Patches?

I confess to being curious - does anyone make (or like me, wish they could make) their own dedication plaques and little "mission patches" for their no-doubt ginormous fleets? I confess part of me has been wanting to see what these things would actually look like for my own fleet, especially with all the Disco-ships and what not coming out lately. I remember there were people who used to make plaques in particular with Photoshop and the like, wondering if anyone still did.
