Allow players to disable rendering of the "UI" part of powers, like when you use Attack Pattern Alpha it doesn't show the power being used, much like the Disable shield FX works, just for all the Power stuff that isn't what you'd expect to see if you were actually in there.
It would help a bit with immersion and it'd also prevent such power effects from taking up half the screen during battles, preventing you from seeing your own ship and the beautiful combat that's going on around you.
