Sybok's Katra

I was recently rewatching the TOS movies and realized something... what Spock did to McCoy at the end of Star Trek 2... Sybok does to Spock just before dying. then in the next movie Spock... acts different. Does this mean Spock absorbed Sybok's Katra?

    Which in turn makes me wonder... how many people have seen/felt the echo of Sybok's katra in Spock's mind if Spock does in fact have it?

    I mean... KT!Kirk briefly mind melded with Prime!Spock when Spock was explaining who Nero was to him....
