Release notes link

The link for release notes in the launcher isn't working right. It takes me here https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/tag/sto-patch-notes instead of a page for patch notes. The launcher says a patch is happening today, are there patch notes or is it more generalized system maintenance?

    I think its more that its happening on a Monday. No one was around yesterday to write the notes. I suspect we will see them later today.

    The launcher only says that there will be maintenance. I doubt that there's a patch.
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

    They really don't want to change too much around the holidays. If something were to change, and go wrong, they'd have to bring in staff to fix it. Since most of the code jockeys are on vacation, that could be a logistical nightmare.

    So, likely just a simple server restart to keep things going until Thursday maintenance.

    This has been happening the last few weeks though, not just today.

    If there are no patch notes, there are no patch notes. They haven't missed anything. It's routine server maintenance.

    Because of the holidays it is happening as well as that end-of-year maintenance for their games.
