Stuck at loading screen

I am getting stuck at the Cryptic loading screen, anybody else having this problem?

    Start your game up in 'Safe Mode', which you will find in 'Options' on the Launcher.

    I ran into a problem trying to charge with Zen, and couldn't even load the "support" item on the website, it goes into a sort of infinite loop of page redirects. Could someone at the company please look at the website and see if they can make it functional again.

    I'm sorry it's not working for you. It is working for me (Windows 10 & Chrome Browser) including account management features, answers to a variety of common questions, and contacting support via chat or ticket (highlighted in red). I do have to ensure I'm signed in to arcgames.com to use this page. I play on PC.
