Cardassian Intel Escort

So I finally said goodbye to my auxbat Manasa and got myself a Cardassian Intel Escort. RN im using a full AP build but since I have the ship I was wondering to switch to a spiral wave disruptor DHC build. Any help and suggestions?

    Looks pretty good so far. Bridge Officer wise, I'd replace Cannon: Rapid Fire II with Override Subsystem Safeties III (Intel ability), replace Attack Pattern Delta (pending this is a PvE build) with either Attack Pattern: Beta II and then replace the lower Attack Pattern Beta with something, or go with Attack Pattern: Omega and keep Beta I. I'd swap the places of Emergency Power to Weapons and Engines, as you get a larger boost to Weapons that way, replace the Emergency Power to Shields with Engineering Team I to clear the offline of Override Subsystem Safeties III ( hit Engineering Team less than 5 seconds before OSS ends, and you get no system going offline).

    As far as switching to Spiral Wave Disruptors, you gain only a little over 3% final damage switching over to them. So, if the Dilithium and upgrade costs are worth ~3% to you, swap out the Console - Universal - Crystalline Absorption Matrix for Console - Universal - Hull Image Refractors, the blank spot you have showing in Engineering currently for Console - Universal - Secondary Shield Projector if it's not that already to get the two-set damage boost with the Dynamic Power Redistributor for Disruptor (also, Plasma and Phaser), and Universal - Polymorphic Probe Array for an upgraded Console - Science - Nausicaan Siphon Capacitor, and of course your Spire Locators to Disruptor type. That should swap over all your Antiproton boosts over to Disruptor to leverage the Spiral Waves.
