1 - Just wandering if it was posable to change all tier 1-4 ships to at least Tier 5-U if not T6 ships to make them more late game useful ?
2 - Would this be an easy task or a major over hall ?
3 - How likely are we to see such a thing ?
4 - Has there been talk of this I've missed ?

1) Possible? Yes.
2) Major. Are you aware of how many ships there are?
3) Not at all likely. Many of the T1-5 ships already have T6 versions.
4) Yes. Since T6 was made scaling some of the Ten Forward livestreams have addressed this question more than once. There are threads in this forum that have discussed it along with notes from said livestreams.
