With as many ships within STO, some automatically going into your Ship Roster / Manage Ships and others coming in there own boxes that go into your inventory...
My suggestion is, all ships should go into your inventory. Then giving the ability to Right-click them and send them directly to Admiralty, without having to put them into your ship roster first. On all my characters I have 75+ ships in Admiralty. Having to put each an everyone into your ship roster and decommission as you go, also risking the chance it doesn't show up in Admiralty. This would beneficial to all players.
