How about some Christmas decorations on Risa and Christmas swimsuits since not everyone celebrates it in freezing cold conditions.
Therein lay the problem though; not everyone celebrates Christmas. There is nothing about the Winter Wonderland that makes direct reference to Christmas.
Whether right or wrong, I'd assume that the Devs have chosen to err on the side of caution and respect the fact that some ethnicities and/or religions don't celebrate/acknowledge Christmas.
Wonderland is an example of the Standard Corporate American Christmas Holidays. Obviously Christmas, but without saying the actual word.

In fairness, that's happened as a response to militant other-holiday and no-holiday supporters whining about being slighted, offended, persecuted by the presence of anything resembling Christmas too closely. Despite the fact that a large portion of Christmas celebrations are secular not religious. Which then offends those who want religious celebrations. People love being offended, so all choices are wrong for someone but "happy holidays" seems to offend the smallest number.
It's also true that celebrating the changing of the seasons goes back thousands of years on Earth before Christians created their version and decided because reasons that it was their god's birthday. Happy Holidays was there long before Merry Christmas.
Not that that really applies to Andorians, Vulcans, Klingons, Orions, etc. who have no reason to celebrate an Earth holiday.

I'd have lots of opinions to offer about that response, but this really isn't the proper venue. Suffice to say I disagree with it.

Yet they still have Christmas ornaments for us to collect.
