getting to play

can anyone help me i had to reformat my comp and since i have been locked out of my msn hotmail where star trek online keep sending the one time code i have tried every thing to retrieve my account i have tried sending a ticket to arc star trek online but with no luck i have been playing the game for over 10 years and have over 5 billion ec 10000 zen and over 4 million dill any help would very much appreciated

First, I don't know why you would've put this thread in the Captain's Table of Ten Forward where it was unlikely to be seen. I've moved it to General Discussion.

Second, you're obviously able to login to your forum account. If you're logged in through Arc, click on your avatar in the upper left under the Arc logo. This will bring up a small menu, select My Profile. On the My Profile page, click the menu button next to My Profile and select My Account. From there you should be able to edit your email address. After you've changed your email address to one that you have access to, you should be able to receive the security codes and regain access to your game account.
