Pardon me, but how is this not "in their control"? When the game works fine before a patch but not after it, and the issue isn't limited to just one user, I'm failing to see how it's not on Cryptic's end. Unless there was a change to system requirements that went unmentioned, this should not be a "Sorry, you're going to have to upgrade your PC" issue.
They were stars of the upcoming Universal movie "The Invisible BOffs".
Gotta agree with Solidshark, what inside information do you possess that it is not Cryptic's problem from the 12/11/2019 patch? Because those of us with the crashing issue have been told literally nothing, other than "it's a bug".
Curious... does this apply to the regular BOFF purchase, or just the Disco pack's version?
I have the Disco pack, so I get reclaims already... just curious for others.
eg. Is this a text-only change... or a claim behavior change?
From my understanding, you have to visit the tailor to fix them, so unless they actually "fix" it, it sounds like they're yours forever.

l don't know.
l really don't know what l'm about to say, except l have a feeling about it.
That l must repeat the words that come without my knowledge.'
The episodes are still in-game, they weren't removed. The rewards were limited time and removed after the 'events'. It doesn't look like the FE Re-runs will happen again.
I low-key wish that they made them account unlocks for people whom have obtained them during the FE Re-runs or when the FE were first featured. I miss the IDIC tribble point in the old ESD and Qo'noS that allowed your players to pick it up if you had done the event episode on a character or whatever, that was years ago... I mean event items now are account unlocks, but I only have the Cane and Shard on like 2-3 of my 18 toons. I so am not going spend my stipend on these items for all of my toons. o3o
