The Rank Bars Style Combadge Should Be Added

First appearing in a simulation in Future Imperfect but then shown to be the style of at least one different universe in Parallels there doesn't seem to be much reason why this combadge shouldn't be in game. With the dozens of different combadges added with the TOS and Discovery factions we know they have no trouble making a multitude of different badges in game. And we have content from alternate or redundant timelines and simulations. So these stylish little fellas deserve some love too.
