'Patrol the Chulan System' issue

Hi Dev Team,
I came across an issue with the Patrol the Chulan System mission available in sector space. https://sto.gamepedia.com/Mission:_Patrol_the_Chulan_System
This is a mission left over from launch and still uses a Federation contact in the mission window despite it being a Romulan system now. There are two easy fixes for it. One, simply rename the contact with a Romulan name (as the portrait is a Vulcan and close enough to be Romulan). Or two, simply remove this old mission entirely as it does nothing for the game any longer and only adds confusion.
