Console Department Heads

So I have played both PC and Console, and there are things that are missing from the PC. In the Duty Office area there is no Department Head tab. I really like that in the PC version. It made me feel like I was a captain of ship. Without I honestly do feel like a Captain, I feel like a hard working crewman. A first officer at best. That system also made it so those I choose would be the ones talking during briefings, now it chooses a random person. It seems to me the devs made the console version to make money only. What happen to personalizing that we had in the PC? Why can we not have it in the Consoles?
