    > We are talking distribution. Walt Disney will make a Rated R film but put it out aka distribute it via other studios...like the aforementioned Touchstone. Marvel and Lucasfilm and Pixar make their films...Walt Disney distributes them.

    > Yes Hulu is another brand but this seems to be where they are setting up their supernatural series (Hellstrom and Ghost Rider).

That article is incorrect, the already announced launch content package for Disney+ contains several R rated films from the various brands they own. This goes along with Disney introducing their "vault" policy for films they just took ownership of like The Princess Bride. Disney is rightfully utilizing Disney+ for anything and everything under their hand. Yes they may use Hulu for some things, but those things will show up in Disney+ also. Just as CBS's Elementary aired on the network, streamed the next day on Hulu & CBS All Access, and on Netflix after the end of the season. The difference here is, Disney owns ALL of the various elements and they save huge amounts of money on content fees, obscenely huge.

Now, there have been R rated films released on the Disney label. Thats just a fact. There are also many R rated films that have been released by studios/labels that Disney owns, or owned at the time of the films conception, production, and release. More R rated films owned by Disney are being released every year.

Disney just made Kevin Feige, the head of Marvel Studios already, the Head of Marvel Creative, in charge of films, TV, and comics. Feige was a producer on the first Blade film by the way. Feige, with full backing from his ultimate Boss Bob Iger, has stated that Deadpool will stay R rated. Since he created the first R rated Blade I doubt he will have any difficulty keeping Blade in an R.

Now if for instance Deadpool appears in an Avengers movie (something Disney wants) it'll probably be "once upon a Deadpool" style yeah. But in the "Marvel Knights" "Fox" films he will be R rated as usual. On the flipside, if Chris Hemsworth's Thor shows up in a Deadpool movie, it'll still be an R rated movie.

This is no different than when Deadpool or Blade appeared in the Ultimate Spider-Man animated series.

What Rated R content has been announced for Disney +?
    Your pain runs deep.
Let us explore it... together. Each man hides a secret pain. It must be exposed and reckoned with. It must be dragged from the darkness and forced into the light. Share your pain. Share your pain with me... and gain strength from the sharing.

Well, even aside from what is already on Disney+, look at this upcoming film, proudly proclaimed a Disney product, and featuring enough blood and violence in just the trailer for an R rating.

Deadpool's next appearance is going to be in Dr. Strange, Multiverse of Madness, which I look forward to.
