Is this a Mycelial Crisis bug or am I just missing something?

The event tab is flashing and there's an exclamation point next to the Mycelial Crisis words and at the bottom it says congratulations claim reward to unlock daily bonuses but there is no claim button anywhere on the page?

Try re-sizing the window you have open using your left mouse button and arrow to make it smaller vertically so that you can see the bottom of it.

As pictured, the bottom part of it is cut off. That would be where the claim button is.

I tried to resize the window as you said but it wouldn't budge in any direction so I went into options under the Basic tab and decreased the interface scale setting which worked, though thanks for the suggestion it at least gave me the idea to try the interface scale. The claim button then showed up and I was able to claim the ship.

that whole UI was a bit buggy, IMHO. even the episodes were buggy. go in save the lukari then she never tells you to go to the rift...

Glad you were able to resize & reclaim it. I like the 8 Elachi weapons that are included with the ship. To me it adds to the immersion. Also, the 3 weapon upgrades will definitely come in handy. Just in case you aren't aware be sure to keep doing the earn 60 per day for extra dilithium too.
