Maxed all specs and... - suggestions for level rewards

It's common knowlege - when we maxed all specs we don't get anything for next "level". What would you suggest? Here are my ideas:
- dilithium,
- Zen (don't laugh - we had free zen via Arc Launcher in the past, but it was removed),
- choice of marks,
- ship/BOFF/bank slots (laugh)

    Oh... So common knowlegde isn't that common... Didn't even noticed that... Sorry... o:)

    Which makes the Federation Tour of Duty Reward at 10 of 10 rather pathetic at 5,760 Dilitium instead of 2 Spec Points. Compare and contrast with the KDF and Ferengi awards of 30,000 Dilitium.
