Do tactical branch skills on the tree, crit chance/severity and hull/shield penetration affect science exotic damage abilities?

IIRC those skills at least used to state ouright that effect weapons only. experimental weapons (as in the special slot escorts have) and exotic damage abilities are typically not boosted by skills like that (not 100% sure on the special weapon slot though).

On a somewhat related note, I was browsing my bank and ran across the Temporal Disentanglement Suite console I'd forgotten about. I wonder if anyone has the epic mk xv version and what the stats are on it. I didn't pay it much mind in the past but the crit stats on it might deliver on exotic damage.

I like to ask, even if I do do find the tooltip, I'd have to assume that it's not a typo or poorly worded and that the ability in question is working as intended. No doubt they have a lot to think about and things can slip through the cracks.

For a while i did a double take trying to figure out if Telekinesis was effected by Physical Strength, like stacking for exotics, it wasn't.
