Fleet UR Sing Core M12 to M13... no change?

I have an Elite Fleet Thoron-Infused Singularity Core Mk XII [AMP] [OLoad] [SingS] [SSS] [WCap]

The stats are:
+66% Power Transfer Rate
-10% Weapon Power Cost
+10 Resistance Rating to Subsystem Power Drain
Maxinum Warp Factor 9.97
Decreases the rate at which you lose Singularity Power by 20%
+3.3% All Damage per sub-system with 75 or more power
+20% Slipstream Speed

The preview when I upgrade it to UR M13... all stats/descriptions remain the same.

/Shrug

I check my Fleet UR Warp Core... and the stats change from Mk 12 to Mk 13.

The +17.5 Starship Warp Core goes to +18.8 Starship Warp Core

So what gives?

    Where are you looking at it? On the ground or in non-Sector Space?

    Ah I was on ground in by bank/exchange... let me check in space. but the warp core info changed in the preview window. /shrug

    edit: ok in space by new rom... non-sector space in orbit around new rom...

    no change from for the Fleet UR Sing Core from Mk 12 to Mk 13.

    I am thinking cause the Sing Cores doesn't have any line items in it's features that are upgraded by mk upgrades.

    My UR Fleet Warp Core only upgrades 1 line item from Mk 12 to Mk 13... the Warp Core Efficiency.
    Mk 12 has +17.5 Warp Core Efficiency when it goes to Mk 13 it goes to +18.8 Warp Core Efficiency. All other features on the Warp Core still stays the same.

    Guess this is only good for getting to Epic?

    yeah so at mk 12 UR... then need to hit epic if I want another mod... cause nothing will else will get better.
