Structural Integrity Overcharge, how much regen?

Howdy, I'm interested in picking up the "structural integrity overcharge" starship trait, which increases hull regen based on unmodified engine power. My question is does anyone know how much hull regen you gain if you were to set your unmodified engine power to 100? Haven't found any specific details on it when I tried looking for it, thanks for the help.
