Started a new Rom Sci captain, am level 19 (Centurion), nearly Subcommander, just did the Revelations mission where you get Vaadwaur Cluster Torpedo. It won't let me equip it, even though there is no red text on it, it says "Centurion" rank required and it's only Tier 4.

Ideas?

    Probably that item didn't get adjusted to the new leveling scheme, so you might have to wait all the way until level 50 (minimum needed to get it orginally). Go ahead and bug report it, hopefully Cryptic will get around to fixing it at some point.
