I made these up in the span of a few hours to satiate a writing itch. Can you figure out the answer to them all?
Riddle #1
One pair of eight
Only one meal ate
Here or there
Everywhere also
Timeless travels
Particles revels
Riddle #2
A beacon of light
A fountain of shards
Angles upon angles
pieces upon pieces
A tree without roots
Doomed to consume
Riddle #3
I seek in the void
I eat in the vastness
Then I will seek the islands
Then I will eat the atolls
Again I will seek the soil
Again I will eat the rock
I am of a singular purpose
I am a bringer of ruin

Among the water
Among the grass
Can hide in reeds
Can hide underneath
Six for sightseeing
Six for mobility

Everywhere only once
Parts to be found and gained
By playing hide and seek
Of three distinct hues
Not Green, not Orange, not Purple
To grow into something more
Through union of the lesser parts

Unearthed from rock
Given through activity
Though many are gained
Useless are they when obtained
Though few are accrued
Viable are they when cleaned

I wonder if they're just a little too vague as I didn't want them to be too easy when they were written. Next time I'll see about toning down the vagueness and see if that results in better (funner) riddles.
