Jem Hadar fleet ships

One of my characters is a level 65 Jem Hadar vanguard engineer in a fleet. I'm wondering why he is only able to use certain fleet ships? I was planning on getting the t5 fleet Chimera or t6 Manticore.

    Because they are planning on giving them their own vet ships some time in the future.

    Those ships are locked out for non LTS/1000 Day subscribers. If you are LTS, you should eventually have access to a Jem version, according to the devs.

    Seems it may just be a T6 and no T5.
