Both fleet are openly recuiting all Captains. The Shunned is level 75 [Federation] House of Bartok is level 31 [KDF]. We're are a lay back group of people that enjoy playing Star Trek Online. The Shunned is part of The Council of Shadows/7th Order Armada. Also The Shunned have it own channel in game.
