Rebooting does not work. Shutting off virus scanner and firewall does not work.
Since it doesn't impact everyone, maybe only lifetime subs can log on ??? Or heavy traffic is swamping the server(s).
Also, online help cannot respond to this. You need to submit a ticket.
I got kicked out of the game earlier, been happening all weekend, and now the game launcher wants me to enter my email and password. I thought I had the password wrong and reset it and it still will not let me log in. It keeps telling me Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out

The server status is green but when I try to log in it says unable to authenticate. I know my password is correct (many times logging in!) so what's the deal?

Perfectly bad timing for me too, as I need to run the current event every 20 hours.
