Looking for officer from Blackwing Task force

I tried on another forum but it was hopeless. I'm looking for officer from Blackwing Task force to send fleet invite. For 2 days I'm looking for invite in this fleet. I can't believe that fleet disappeared.

    If that was a klingon fleet, my sympathies. I've had klingon fleets pull stakes and blow town more often than I care to admit. Lots-a trolls run some of the KDF fleets! They scam newbies, collect their bounty and then dump everyone and with the assistance of like-minded sycophants run the same scam over and again, but don't bother Cryptic with such complaints. They can't be bothered with that stuff!
