Complete list of the systems/patrol missions?

Hi, i was wondering if there is a complete list of all the patrol systems available? I would like to go through them all but need a list to keep track of which ones i have visited. Does anyone a list?

Is there a reward for doing this?

There are no reward for completing them all, except for the standard XP and Dilitihum you get for each one. Most of them are basic, some have nice scenery.

Some of them have been removed from the game, but most of them are still present. You cannot replay any of them after completing them, except the missions in Romulan Republic Space and the Delta Quadrant, those you can replay.
