    Aw, I was gonna post this but forgot. He did miss a few point related to the realities of it being a military style court, but overall it was really well thought out.

    No time to watch right now, so quick question: does Real Lawyer take into account that this episode does not happen in 21st-century United States?

    Well he doesn't discuss the laws and stuff, more analysis of how well they do legal procedure aka "legal realism".
    Yeah he knows the TV show is using a fictional legal system so he contrasts it with real-world methodology

    Just.. ignore the dumb joke about Data's uniform.
