I've done this a few times and one thing I've noticed is how sensitive it can be when you are trying to rescue the disconnected borg. Even the slightest hit as well as minor DoT under 100 can stop your progress when trying to restore control to the liberated Borg ships. What is really annoying though is that when disrupting Unfine rifts even if you're under heavy fire nothing will disrupt your progress. This is a very wide disparity and can be frustrating at times.
In my opinion this would be improved so that there is a mimimum damage value that if the damage you receive is less than that you will not be disrupted and if that value is greater you will.
