Missing uniforms

I bought a uniform pack and it’s not showing up in the tailors or my inventory. How do I claim items from packs? I play on the ps4

They should just appear in the tailor. Depending on type of uniform piece, they may be under Uniform Jacket Loose or tight, and the pants be under Loose or Tight in the pants category. Boots of course will be under the boots tab.

Any uniform you own should be under the Uniform tab.
