Not a min-max build.
Just showcasing Most of the Tetryon stuff on one ship..(I run Preeminant on my Orb Weaver and Nukara doenst have much in the way of Sci/Tet help)
With the recent changed to Rep gear (being re-engineerable) This makes Rep Tetryon MUCH mor manageable in a build.
