Temporal Warfare Set

I have a T6 Chronos but I cannot get the full benefit out of the Temporal Warfare Set. Yet it's a temporal ship. The funny part is the Mirror Universe Version called the Paradox can get the full benefits out of the 3 piece set. I don't get this. Why can't my ship?
I would really like to get the Temporal Warfare Set and use it in full on my Chrono. So maybe a Dev will take a look here and give me an resoning as to why this is not happening.. The Wells and such have a 3 peice set and can use the the Temporal Warfare set full, the Mirror versions can do so as will, but my Chronos simply cannot.
