There should be additional torpedo unlocks at level 15 R&D

I just leveled my toon to level 15 in projectiles and there is one type of plasma torpedo you unlock, this is incredibly lame and disappointing.

I would make special items that need multiple R&D schools to manufacture.
And yes, I'd definitely add more special items in each school.

If you use exotics its one of the best torpedoes in game. Anyway there are way to many torpedos what we really need is more mines
