How does the "unstable anomalies" starship trait from the paradox temporal dreadnought work?

Hey all, so I got a paradox dreadnought and I really like what its mastery trait is theoretically supposed to do. Basically, whenever gravity well, tyken's rift, chronometric inversion field, and timeline collapse expires, unstable anomalies kicks in and deals additional kinetic damage as well as lowers accuracy and damage output. The thing is though, I have experimented and confirmed that unstable anomalies only kicks in when gravity well expires. It doesn't seem to work for the other 3 boff abilities. I was testing it out with the help of user u/stobei.
Am I missing something? Is this a bug or what? I have tried posting this in the bug report, but no one has responded... Any help/insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
